Painted Orchard are delighted to present this once unloved vintage nest of tables which have been carefully restyled to create a unique and eye-catching addition to the home.
The elegant curves of the cabriole legs have been meticulously refinished to highlight the natural beauty and warmth of the wood, restoring their graceful character while celebrating the craftsmanship of the original design.
To complement the restored wood, the upper frames have been hand painted in Fusion Mineral Paint’s “Eucalyptus”, a soft green-grey tone that works beautifully with the intricate botanical decoupage that adorns the tabletops.
The striking patterned surfaces feature hand screen printed paper in a rich chestnut tone, forming a mesmerising garden inspired design that becomes the focal point of the tables. The decorative paper itself is handmade Nepalese Lokta paper, produced from the inner bark of the Lokta plant which grows in the Himalayan region of Nepal.
The harvesting process does not damage the plants and allows them to regenerate naturally, making the paper both sustainable and environmentally responsible. By combining eco-friendly paints and varnishes with the restoration of vintage furniture, this project reflects Painted Orchard’s commitment to thoughtful craftsmanship and sustainability.
Designed to be both stylish and practical, the three tables nest neatly together when not in use, while also working beautifully as individual side tables or occasional tables around the home.
For added durability, protective varnish has been applied to both the frames and the surfaces, ensuring the tables are suitable for everyday use.

These tables have been finished to a high standard while maintaining their vintage charm. As with all vintage furniture, there may be minor imperfections consistent with age which add to the individuality and character of the piece.

Delivery is arranged through trusted furniture couriers and is estimated to take place within 1-2 weeks of your order being placed (excluding custom orders, for custom orders, once the piece is finished delivery is then arranged), but can often be much quicker. The drivers contact you directly to confirm date and time of delivery. This service usually requires the customer's assistance to unload into your home, however, for an additional cost we can arrange for a two person delivery.
Please note delivery is to the UK Mainland only, do not purchase if outside of the UK Mainland. Delivery is included within the UK Mainland but there may be a small additional surcharge for areas of Scotland, Wales, Cornwall and Devon and therefore please message prior to purchase with your full postcode for a quote.
Returns and exchanges are accepted. Please contact Painted Orchard within 14 days of delivery.
Any returns need to be undamaged, in the same packaging and returned within 14 days of receipt (shipping costs are to be paid by the customer).
Please note, cancellations/ returns /exchanges on custom/commission orders are not accepted unless they arrive damaged or defective. However, I'm sure any issues can be promptly resolved. I ask that you contact me as soon as possible to discuss.
